1. Place your property on the Regional Multiple Listing Service to over 90,000 agents.

2. Arrange high resolution digital professional photography for your property.

3. Prepare full-color Interim Property Brochures, ready for distribution, in approximately three business days of the marketing term.

4. Place a Previews sign on the property to enhance pricing, credibility and quality, with a rider directing buyers to her award winning website uniquehomesofmiami.com, in order for them to view  the internet feature sheet brochure of your property and the Virtual Tour of your home.

5. Prepare a Customized Marketing Program through Hector Vazquez's In-House Marketing Director which will include advertising in Local, National and/or International newspapers and magazines on a scheduled basis.

6. Promote your property through Coldwell Banker Previews®  Just Listed Postcards, distributed to select neighbors in your area.

7. Design and prepare a full-color, professionally written Property Brochure for distribution to prospective buyers and targeted marketing areas.

8. Distribute  Property Brochures to Select Prospects and/or REALTORS®,  Previews Property Specialists Nationally and Top REALTORS® Nationally.

9. Prepare a Press Release regarding your property for distribution to Local and Metropolitan Media, when warranted.

10. Create extensive property exposure through Hector Vazquez's award winning website hectorevazquez.com, realtor.com, floridamoves.com, the featured Previews® sections of coldwellbanker.com, LuxuryHomes.com, and luxuryrealestate.com, totaling more than 10.5 million viewings per month.

11. Prepare a professional Virtual or Web Tour of your property for distribution to buyers at open houses, direct mail,  email, to send upon request to prospective buyers, and to distribute to cooperating real estate agents.

12. Create an Internet Property Brochure for distribution on Hector Vazquez's  website, hectorevazquez.com, as well as place your listing on leading Internet destinations such as LuxuyHomes.com, luxuryrealestate.com, reelestates.com, homeseekers.com, and realtor.com.

13. Your home, when applicable, will be the featured "Pop Up" property on Realtor.com in your area. 

14. Advertise your property , when applicable, through the full-color Regional Coldwell Banker Homes Magazine, distributed 4 times per year through direct mail to your local area.

15. Showcase your property, when applicable, in Coldwell Banker's Previews® Exceptional Florida Properties Magazine, available on newsstands in 34 states and direct mailed statewide to 75,000 property Owners with assessed values above $500,000, as well as to Executives, Celebrities, Sports Figures, America's Wealthiest People and to Coldwell Banker Offices throughout the U.S.

16. Place a property ad for your property, when applicable, in the duPont Registry, available on newsstands in all 50 states and 54 countries, with a circulation of 111,000, including Professional Athletes, Celebrities, Fortune 500 and Forbes 400 Executives, Airline Shuttle Programs and the Ft. Lauderdale International Boat Show.

17. Advertise your property, when applicable, in Haute Living Magazine, Elite Magazine, Ocean Drive MagazineMiami Herald, El Nuevo Herald, and Miami Monthly.

 

18. Place your ad, when applicable, in the National Edition of Coldwell Banker Previews® International Magazine, The Portfolio of Exceptional Homes.
